
Our cheese making classes are something that will leave a lasting impression. You will have so much fun while learning a skill that you can use whenever you wish.
Gouda is a semi-hard cheese with a mild flavour - great for cooking as it melts easily. The cheese was named after the Dutch city of Gouda.
Feta is a traditional Greek cheese with a crumbly texture. You will find feta used in many places, from salads to pastries and baking. It is an aged cheese, matured in a solution of brine.
There's lots to do and lots to learn in our workshops - and it's great fun as well!
We have and excellent source of quality milk - our very own Dairy Farm in Waihi, in the Southern Coromandel.
